  1. Thermal lens phenomenon
  
  When the laser passes through the optical lens (refraction, reflection), it will cause the lens to heat slightly and deform. This deformation causes the laser focus to rise and the focal length to be shorter. If the machine is fixed and the distance is adjusted to the focal point, the laser energy density on the material will change after a period of time due to thermal lens, resulting in uneven marking effect.
  
2. Reasons for materials, such as inconsistency of film thickness on the surface of materials or changes in physical and chemical properties
  
  The material is sensitive to laser energy response. Usually under the same material, the laser energy reaches the material damage threshold. When the coating thickness of the material is different, or some other physical and chemical treatment process is not uniform, the effect of fiber laser marking machine will also be uneven.
  
  3. Use partial focal mark to carve a certain range of contents

  The laser output head, fixed clamp and galvanometer are not properly adjusted, resulting in partial light spots blocked when the laser passes through the vibrating lens, and non-circular light spots on the frequency multiplier sheet when the field lens is focused, which may lead to uneven effect.
  
  There is also a case where the deflection of the mirror is damaged and the laser beam cannot be reflected well as it passes through the damaged area. Therefore, the laser beam passing through the damaged area of the lens is inconsistent with the laser energy of the non-damaged area of the lens, and the laser energy acting on the material is also different, thus making the marking effect uneven.
